Je Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Casa Cubana Homes, Mr. Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, ventured into real estate with a vision to develop smart homes and a golf resort on 89.6 hectares of land in Abuja.
The estate, named New Dawn & Casa Cubana Lifestyle City & Golf Resort, located in Kukwaba, off the Jabi-Airport Road junction, will be developed in partnership with New Dawn Lifestyle Limited.
Speaking at the project’s groundbreaking ceremony in Abuja, the billionaire entertainment entrepreneur said his vision was to build a safe, secure and all-inclusive architectural phenomenon that will not only redefine luxury living but also serve embodiment of a rapidly changing way of life. .
