STREAMSONG GOLF RESORT HIRES MICHAEL BLAIR AS NEW FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Streamsong, FL – Streamsong® Golf Resort is pleased to announce Michael Blair as the new Food and Beverage Manager. In his role, he will oversee the operations of restaurants, bars and lounges: SottoTerra, Restaurant Fifty-Nine, Bone Valley Tavern, Fin & Feather, Rooftop 360, Hemy’s and Leaf Lounge. Blair will lead a team of catering professionals who deliver the exceptional dining experiences that Streamsong is known for.

Blair comes to the resort with over 30 years of food and beverage management experience, and has served as food and beverage director at several high-profile venues across the country, including his most recent role at the Heart of Alene Casino Hotel Resort, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Previously, he was General Manager of Maryhill Winery & Bistro and Director of Food and Beverage at Meydenbauer Center and Marriott Vacations Worldwide (Marco Island, Florida).

Blair’s previous positions involve managing multiple restaurants and leading up to 10 general managers and 200 service associates, as well as coordinating catering services for banquets and concert halls. He completed restaurant renovation projects that included overhauls to the kitchen, bar, and guest arrival experience, and led and stabilized operations by mentoring several department heads.

Streamsong recently unveiled reimagined concepts of existing dining and refreshment spaces in the form of Fin & Feather and Rooftop 360, as well as launching a brand new offering in the Leaf Lounge in the Lodge lobby.
